Article 116. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated [...]

1. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated if the ethanol content in the driver's blood is from 0.3 to 0.7 ppm - withdrawal of a driver's license for 6 months.

2. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated if the ethanol content in the driver's blood is more than 0.7 ppm or in case of refusal to undergo an examination for alcohol intoxication - withdrawal of a driver's license for 1 year.

3. In case of committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article, during the period of withdrawal of rights for 1 year - a fine of 2000 GEL, administrative arrest from 5 to 15 days and an increase in the term for withdrawal of rights for another 1 year.

4. Committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article, if:a) the driver does not have a driver's license - a fine of 2000 GELb) the driver's license was confiscated on the basis of other articles of this Code or on the basis of the provisions of other legislative acts - a fine of 2000 GEL.7. Damage to another vehicle, cargo, road, road or other structure, causing slight harm to human health at the same time as committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article - a fine of 2000 GEL, as well as withdrawal of rights for 3 years.

Article 118-1. Driving a vehicle with unfastened seat belts (applies to the driver and passenger in the front passenger seat) - a fine of 40 GEL.

Article 118-2. Use of mobile communication means while driving a motor vehicle - a fine of 30 GEL.Article 118-3. Movement on a moped, motorcycle, quad bike without the use of a fastened helmet by the driver and / or passenger - a fine of 100 GEL.

Article 119. Violation of the rules for the operation of a vehicle1. If the driver does not have a driver's license with him - a fine of 10 GEL.

Article 121. Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have the right to drive a vehicle [...]- a fine of 500 GEL.

Article 125. Violation of traffic rules:

1. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 15 km/h, but not more than 40 km/h – a fine of 50 GEL

6-2. Violation of the rules for the location of vehicles on the roadway, the rules for starting movement and maneuvering - a fine of 50 GEL

7. Non-observance of the prohibition signals of the traffic controller or traffic lights, as well as non-observance of priority signs or prohibition signs (“give way”, “travel without stopping is prohibited”, “entry is prohibited”, “traffic is prohibited”), non-observance of the rules of overtaking, crossings, w / e crossings, creating an obstacle to a vehicle that has an advantage - a fine of 100 GEL

7-1. Crossing a solid line of road markings separating oncoming traffic lanes - a fine of 50 GEL

8. Failure to comply with the requirements of the signs "no stopping" and "no parking" - a fine of 10 GEL, within Tbilisi - 50 GEL.

12. Departure to the lane of route vehicles (BUS LANE) - a fine of 100 GEL.
