Article 116. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated [...]

1. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated if the ethanol content in the driver's blood is from 0.3 to 0.7 ppm - withdrawal of a driver's license for 6 months.

2. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated if the ethanol content in the driver's blood is more than 0.7 ppm or in case of refusal to undergo an examination for alcohol intoxication - withdrawal of a driver's license for 1 year.

3. In case of committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article, during the period of withdrawal of rights for 1 year - a fine of 2000 GEL, administrative arrest from 5 to 15 days and an increase in the term for withdrawal of rights for another 1 year.

4. Committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article, if:a) the driver does not have a driver's license - a fine of 2000 GELb) the driver's license was confiscated on the basis of other articles of this Code or on the basis of the provisions of other legislative acts - a fine of 2000 GEL.7. Damage to another vehicle, cargo, road, road or other structure, causing slight harm to human health at the same time as committing an offense under parts 1 and 2 of this article - a fine of 2000 GEL, as well as withdrawal of rights for 3 years.

Article 125. Violation of traffic rules:
